Before you book
- Cameras/Surveillance: Exterior security cameras at the front doorbell, the front garage driveway and the side driveway near the side fence. They record video and audio of those outdoor areas to protect the property and our guests.
- Near Lake, River, or Water Body: The waterfront canal access through the boat dock ladder.
- Climbing/Play Structure: Kids tree house, basketball, and pickleball
- Noise Monitor: A sound-level sensor near the pool, hot tub and backyard. It measures how loud it is, not what is said, and alerts the hosts if noise could disturb the neighbors, so we can keep the peace with the neighborhood.
