Booking

Prices on this site come straight from OwnerRez, our booking system, and match what you pay. A booking is confirmed when OwnerRez confirms your payment and sends your rental agreement; that agreement, the house rules and the home’s notes are the terms of your stay.

Bookings made on Airbnb or Vrbo follow that platform’s own terms and cancellation policy.

Cancellations and changes (direct bookings)

Cancel any time before the day of arrival for a refund of 97% of what you paid (the full amount less the 3% card processing fee). There is no refund on the day of arrival.

Instead of a refund, you may move your booking once to other available dates within 12 months, at no charge, if you ask at least 7 days before arrival.

If nights you cancelled are booked again, we refund the rent received for those nights, less the 3% fee.

Security deposit

A hold is placed on your card 2 days before arrival ($500 for Woodberry, $400 for Hubbel Hideaway) and released 7 days after departure. It is not a charge unless there is damage beyond normal wear, which we would explain to you first.

Using this site

Use the site to learn about the homes, check prices and book or ask a question. Do not misuse it, for example by sending automated requests.

Photos and descriptions come from our listings and are accurate to the best of our knowledge; if something has changed, the home’s notes and your rental agreement prevail.
